AwardInsider

Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms apply to the website awardinsider.ai and the AwardInsider app (together, the “service”), operated by Bruno Andrade, based in Australia (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.

What AwardInsider is

AwardInsider shows award seat availability that we find and curate, and alerts you when new availability matches what you follow. The information is provided for guidance. Award seats can change or disappear at any time, and we do not sell tickets or make bookings. Bookings happen on the airline or loyalty program website, under their rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property

The service, its content and its design belong to AwardInsider. Airline and loyalty program names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the airline or program. AwardInsider is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the information accurate and the service available, but we cannot guarantee that a seat will still be available when you try to book it, or that the service will always be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed booking or a change in fares. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
